The Park’s work flies to the United States

We are very proud of the beautiful overseas collaboration which has been born and which underlines the relevance of our work here in Tuscany.

Indeed some of the works exhibited in The Park plus the’ Metropolitan Ostriches’ along the approach road (artist Yu Zhaoyang) were so admired by the Tetrault family, who founded the Peace River Botanical and Sculpture Gardens in Punta Gorda Florida, that they asked to have similar works produced for their exhibition.

Roger and Linda Tetrault began with 27 acres of uplands and wetlands. They conceived the idea of creating a botanical garden with world-class sculptures and an art gallery, while still preserving the natural environment and formed the Tetrault Family Foundation to fund and develop this project. They believed that the gardens would be supported by the people of Charlotte County and beyond through memberships and visits. Through the generosity and vision of the Tetrault Family Foundation, the people of Charlotte County will always be able to enjoy the Peace River Botanical &Sculpture Gardens.

“Look deep into nature, and then you will under stand everything better.” Albert Einstein

The Peace River Botanical & Sculpture Garden’s logo, like ours, is inspired by nature. A 50 million year old fossil palm frond forms the basis of their signature sculpture and logo, “STEEL PALM”.

How was The Park’s logo born?

As you know, one of the main objectives of The Park is the link between nature and art.

A Linden leaf inspired our logo.

The entrance gate reflects this. In fact it was achieved by scanning a Linden leaf and using the template to laser- cut the leaf from a sheet of metal.
